I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Therapeutic and Community from Point Loma Nazarene University and my Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton.

I specialize in life transitions (e.g. graduation, new living arrangements, romantic relationship difficulties, & marital concerns), grief and loss, children, preteens, tweens, adolescents, teenagers, and adults.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and facilitating groups. My integrative approach includes optimizing my clients' strengths, cultural sensitivity, art therapy, person-centered therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My aim is to heal my clients' internal wounds and help foster their growth through the journey of counseling.
